購買途徑:奇摩拍賣
付費方式:郵局無折存入(賣家有給局帳號)
賣家送貨方式:面交或郵寄
面交聽說較快...但也是要看心情
情況:其實距離付款已近半年...
履次寄e-mail告知賣家 賣家都愛理不理(無回信--賣家網頁上連絡信箱)
不告知貨品下落
要求退款也是無消無息
賣家手機剛匯時有打 但沒人接....之後就沒打過
現有證據:當初郵局匯款之單據
賣家拍賣狀態(now):資料仍然跟當初一模一樣(聯絡信箱 聯絡手機號碼)
繼續於拍賣中販售
請問有什麼方式可以申訴?
報警?還是只能向奇摩拍賣?
還請告知
