小弟前幾日遺失手機,當天隨即打電話到客服掛失。
昨日中午至中壢某直營門市補辦SIM卡,
核對資料後,黃姓櫃台小姐告知:「補辦費用為300元」,
「可是我當天打給客服,他表示可以免費補辦一次啊」,
櫃台小姐:「恩,那這樣我幫你看一下」;
小姐稍做瀏覽電腦螢幕後便說:「那他說免費就免費!」
(他說免費就免費?)
這句話什麼意思啊?我心想你們收費標準到底是什麼?
如果我沒說不就被你們白收300元,
明明不用收費的服務,門市端不但沒有盡到告知的義務,還擅加收費?
而且還是直營門市!!!
到底有多少消費者被收了300元??
如果有什麼誤會櫃台小姐也應該當下說明清楚收費標準,
這樣消費者只有受騙的感覺。
對電信業者的消費體驗已經很差了,今天又發生這種事,消費信任度都蕩然無存。
提醒大家類似情況不要受騙了。
