這是一篇我們站上收過最無言的客訴
故事前說明
隸屬中油嘉南區直營站
收到客訴站長要寫報告
------------------分隔線(以下是客訴內容)----------------
顧客A先生,於X月X日至XX站加油
客訴理由:工讀生態度不佳
A說:我多年來都在XX站加油,這次只不過加85元未帶錢包出門,
工讀生竟然擺臉色給我看,未帶笑容,且沒說謝謝光臨
------------------(事實內容)----------------------------
顧客A是真的沒帶錢
工讀生想說是老人且100元以內
只有面無表情的跟顧客說:等你回家拿來(沒壓任何證件喔)
(工讀生心中OS 天阿!!又要了 錢了)
然後就繼續加下一台,就沒理顧客A
事後顧客A有拿回來還,只不過是隔天了
收到這個客訴站長都傻眼了
只好叫工讀生自己掰理由寫報告
事後站長無奈的交代
就算沒帶錢也要微笑的說謝謝光臨
