近日又出現了一位令人印象深刻的客人了
客戶A來電客服中心,告知她的電腦畫面出現了公司的催繳費畫面
請客戶給了資料後~怪了
客的市話...無此客戶資料
客的手機...無此客戶資料
客的地址...無此客戶資料
那可好玩了~怎麼回事咧~講了很久後~才知道
這個客戶A用的是中華電信的網路...(謎之音~那應該去報修中華~怎跑來這~)
答案是:用的無線網路~用到了我們公司Cable網路~
這個Cable網路~也不知是那位用戶的...
(謎之音~神奇啊!我家用戶真是有佛心來的~都沒有設金鑰喔)
請客戶A至中華電信報修,用回自己付費的網路!!!
客戶A反而回了一句話~~你們要把它用好啊!這是你們的問題~不是我的問題
客服只能與客戶A動之以情,告訴她~你付費給那家網路,就應該是請那家服務
客戶A還不干心打了兩次電話進線要求我們要處理....^^|||

真的是一年比一年冷~肖郎一年比一年多
你不是公司的用戶~公司難不成還要幫你打電話給不知名的用戶,叫他繳費給你用嗎
超想去檢舉她的~這位小姐~你盜用別人的網路~我好想去報警喔~~
