Hi OOXX,
I have been in communication with the Global Customer Service team
and have been communicating the feedback on the wall.
I have to defer to the different customer service teams in each country
(in this case Taiwan) to address regional issues.
Due to weekend and the time difference, there is a delay in
our communications.
However, I do know they have someone looking into this issue.
I understand your frustration and hope there will be a
resolution quickly.
