前幾天在八卦板討論過的麥當勞員工爆氣事件

起因驗鈔過程引起的糾紛
雙方都火氣不小的樣子
但先動手的似乎是客人
那情緒顯然一發不可收拾
緊接著客人還翻越櫃檯想揪住員工
員工就爆氣了
拿起鐵條就開了無雙！！把客人打倒在地！！
看完這影片，有種很矛盾的心情
其實我有一種一吐怨氣的感覺...
（主啊請原諒我，這種劇情我常在腦子裡上演啊～）
但這種暴力實在太恐怖了～～
再怎麼不爽，轉個身，跟同事罵罵就算了
一時的怒氣發洩，搞得事件以悲劇收場，沒有一方得到好處
其實，顧客和氣，員工也和氣，服務的過程不就皆大歡喜嗎！
我相信大家一定懂我這種看了之後很矛盾的心情~
