前天6/3
到台東進行演出,全團人住在離市區不遠的康橋飯店
由於某些因素,9成的團員都在今早6/5搭機趕回台北上班上課
昨天6/4
由於我個人有航空公司白金卡,因此決定前往機場排後補
但當初怕排不到,因此有填星期一的飛機訂位單,
一開始也想過,想把房間can掉(住第一晚can第二晚),請室友跟其他人擠一擠
但其他人說,不要啦,萬一沒排到怎麼辦,要睡哪裡?
所以昨天理所當然沒有退房,
他們清潔完之後,下午也有午睡,

約3點半離開飯店
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
晚上演出完畢趕到機場,有後補上,就搭機回台北
後來團裡秘書到晚上要跟飯店退那間房,

但飯店無論如何都不給退,因為有弄亂
^^^^^^^^^^
(還說如果沒使用還可以退 有使用就完全不行)
因此現在我必須一個人負擔雙人房的房價(非常多個千)
其實不是團裡不幫我 而是我們請款的單位非常非常非常斤斤計較
計較到會算人頭是不是符合住房數
所以想矇過去很難。

現在我想請問的是,
如果飯店這麼重視有沒有使用過
那我是不是可以爭取只要支付清潔費?
而且當晚房間是無人使用的(室友不想一個人睡所以去跟別人睡)
但卻仍不能退房
一般的飯店對於這樣的情形是這樣處理的嗎
有沒有任何法規可以查詢?
這個情形是不是付定了!?
