有關某項商品A,原始的定價是X元....
商家在八月份時作打88折的降價促銷....
所以售價變成為0.88X元....
結果在九月初時,卻發表了新版本的商品A...
但所謂新版本,只是變更了附件內容,將附件提升了功能
以及直接內建更新版的韌體....
(而舊版的韌體要升級也可以,只是需付費)
然後改賣新價格Y元.....
而 Y < (0.88X),之間的價差為1600元左右....
簡單說,在八月份買商品A時....
不僅拿到的是舊版本的附件....(功能較少)
韌體也是舊的,要升級正常狀態下還要額外付費
然後還比九月份才買時還要貴1600元
即使八月份的是「促銷價格」.....
想請問的是....
這樣商家有沒有違反什麼或是有欺騙消費者之嫌呢?
因為,商家九月份會推出新版本的事情基本上是業界共識...
所以商家明明知道自己九月份會作版本更新且進行降價....
但在八月份卻又推出促銷方案希望出清庫存...
出清庫存基本上沒有問題....
但結果八月份的促銷價格,卻還比九月份的新品價格還貴....
這會不會有欺騙與誤導消費者的嫌疑....??
誤導消費者在八月份提前購買商品A....
因為消費者就是因為有促銷方案所以才會在明知九月份會有新版本產品的情形下.
還選擇在八月份購買該產品....
因為消費者預期可以用「較低的價格(因為促銷方案)」來購買商品A...
且可因為較低價格來弭平可能錯失的版本更新....
但結果九月份時卻發現自己不但花了更高的價格...
結果買到的還是舊版的東西....
而非是較低的價格換取舊版的商品....
這其中甚至其實拿到商品的時間最短甚至可能也只有不到五天....
(如果消費者是在八月底時才購買的話)
我想當然買東西買貴不見得是商家的問題....
但商家利用「促銷方案」造成消費者誤以為會便宜的假象
而願意放棄等待新版提前購買....
但實質上卻反而讓提前購買的消費者蒙受其害...
未達到消費者與商家的雙贏....
(消費者以較低價格購入,而商家達到出清庫存)
反而只是商家單方面的獲勝(商家出清了庫存)
這應該是一種資訊不對等的欺騙了吧?
請問這樣的想法是合理且正確的嗎?
消費者是否有什麼方式可以爭取自己的權益呢?
(還是說基本上這就只能真的摸摸鼻子了?)
