我幫團體到實體店面(運動運品店)訂鞋子 這樣有打折
他們有些沒貨會跟公司問問看 有貨就會送來
隔一天朋友說有雙鞋子的size要改
然後我過去問時貨已經到了
問他可不可以改大小,他說或已經到了沒辦法退
要退的話等於是要他們自己吸收...
請問真的沒辦法退嗎? 如果我補運費這樣會不會有辦法?
