2011年6月底買了一台新相機,約5000元,店面保固
一週後因為進水而到店裡送修,也填了維修單
但是忘記帶保固卡,店員說再附上就好,因此隔天我就帶保固卡過去
店員說這樣就可以了,等候通知
一周後因為一直等不到通知,所以自行去了店面
店員問:有通知你了嗎?
我:還沒有,但已經一個禮拜了。
店員:那我幫你查一下。
(一分鐘後)
店員:還沒好喔!等通知再過來拿。
我:通知是會撥我填的那支手機號碼嗎?
店員:對。
就這樣等了三個月(滿三個月)
因為一直無消無息,所以又自行去了店面
店員B:有通知你了吼?
我:沒有,但是已經三個月了。(遞維修單給他看)
店員B:那我幫你查一下
(店員B開始打電話。
過了10分鐘)
店員B:師傅說他有打給你,但是沒接。他也只打一通就沒再打了
我:……
店員B:師傅說他再問問看再打來跟我(店員B自己)說。
我:問?問誰?
店員B:就再往上問啊!你要不要先坐一下
(坐了10分鐘)
一旁的店員C:你要不要在附近逛一下,誠品和NOVA就在旁邊
師傅回電我再通知你,你再過來就可以了
我:喔
(10分鐘後)
店員B:師傅說你那個主機板壞掉了,換的話要3000多,價錢可以買一台新的了
我:喔,那就算了
店員B:所以確定不修了?
我:對。
店員B:那就把機子從師傅那裡拿回來了喔?
我:好。

我不滿的點是
1.
讓我等三個月
而且只打一通電話就沒再通知
(我手機24小時開機,沒有顯示任何漏接電話)
還要我三個月後自行去問,店員才問師傅維修進度
如果我沒有自行去店裡問,那是不是無疾而終

最後的電話裡是說主機板壞了
但是我送過去的時候還可以開機,只是鏡頭和螢幕裡有水滴
在把機子給他之前,我還在店裡確認過可以開機
為何最後是完全壞掉?

維修時間無消無息長達三個月
一開始買快要5000元
現在都只要3990元
感覺起來像是把錢放在那裡貶值…
請問這樣我的權益有受損嗎?
該如何求助呢?
苦惱了很久,謝謝各位
