Q:刷卡購買的還沒扣款要怎麼寫?
A:以信用卡支付 （不管它有沒有扣款）都算付款了
Q:存證信函有點貴，可不可以用列印的寄出去？
A:消基會提供的範例可以直接改 列印就可用了
Q:存證信函的範本有錯誤的地方要怎麼辦??
A:消基會的範例改個人資訊和買的種類 還有荷蘭商
