最近在沒屋頂買手機,結果不能開機,所以要求退貨,賣家卻跟我說:
運費是貨運廠商收的,不是他收的,所以可以換貨但我要付運費,
要退貨我必須自行承擔手續費及運費。
一開始我信了,我之後才查到消保法,總之我先寄還給他,他拿到貨之後,
一開始跟我說手機確實不能開機,過了幾分鐘跟我說插了15分,重新插拔就開了,
我說這是瑕疵,我自己充了好幾小時都不行,我要退貨退費,他說原廠判定是否瑕疵、人

我就想現在都開機了原廠是要判定什麼。所以我跟他說按消費者保護法第19條,
