事情經過大概是:
1/10我買了Y拍某大的兩件褲子,
但1/12收到商品時少一件(7付款取貨所以等於是已付款)
立即連絡賣家 他說隔天1/13會立即寄出
但1/17都尚未收到 之間要求包裹單號以供查詢
但賣家遲遲不給 於是給了極差的評價
賣家立即要求更改評價 否則不給包裹單號 也不退款
我於是更改評價 對方才答應退款
1/17傍晚給了賣家轉帳帳號
1/18至今尚未入帳
客服專線一直沒人接
我該怎麼辦?
本想說一千多塊 要不回來 算了(當給他紅包錢)
但又不想看他囂張
有好心大大可以幫我嗎?
