上個月.在中壢的客人,叫我們到店去調整產品.
維修人員從台北出發.到中壢去
總共調整了9台,要收費$900元
店主管不肯付錢.維修人員打電話回來說對方不付錢
我只好親自電話中跟主管說明情況
我:不好意思.每台調整的費用是100元.共9台.請將費用直接交給
維修人就可以了。
店:我幹麻要付錢.你們東西爛.常常要調整又修不好!
我:(騙肖..上次去幫你調整已經是N個月的事了..)
不好意思.你這產品已經買了2年多.過了保固期.我們只是收取些微費用。
請你諒解。
店:我幹麻諒解.我店裡面的員工找我麻煩.我就是要找你們麻煩.你們東西
爛還敢收錢。
我:(才不到1千的維修費用.有必要說成這樣嘛?)
不好意思..我們是從台北直接過去的.就算不收調整的工錢.也是有車馬
費的開銷的
店:我管你們! 你們閒閒沒事做.要跑來修.干我屁事. 憑什麼要跟我收車馬
費!
我:("閒閒沒事做"...這種話你也說的出來....)
.....................
店:你們產品這麼爛.以後不會再跟你們買了. 我寧可去買另外一家(B)的
我:(一樣的品質.最好(B)的價格你們買的下去啦..更何況之前我們
也義務幫你調整過(B)產品,你怎麼不提!有必要為了900元跟我們扯破臉嗎?)
.......了解。我會告知維修人員不用收費了。之後請你多比較比較。
請將電話轉交給維修人員.謝謝。
從台北到中壢.花了4個小時去幫客人維修產品.回數票加汽油錢都要4百多了
修完收不到維修費.還要罵我們是"櫻櫻美黛子"
最後還要拿別的品牌來跟我們比(最討厭拿別的品牌來跟我們嗆聲的客人)
真是夠了.以後你再通報維修..我們還敢去嗎?
