戴爾標錯價只給折價券 網友罵

戴爾電腦(Dell)昨天宣布對錯誤標價引來的「烏龍訂單」,願給下單者一千至三千元不
等的折價券,網友怒指戴爾拖延和欺騙,但戴爾強調這是消基會、消保官、專家學者和戴
爾共同的決定。
上周四戴爾台灣網站標價錯誤,所有商品都自動便宜七千元,九個多小時共湧入超過十萬
筆訂單,甚至有人一次下訂兩千台液晶螢幕;隔天戴爾公開說明是電腦系統出錯,但願給
予下單者「合理的折扣」。
戴爾昨天表示,願提供所有在系統異常期間下訂單的顧客每人最多兩張面額不同的單筆消
費折價券,價格一千到三千元不等,限定在這個月底前一定要消費完成,一張折價券只能
購買一台,不能合併使用。
戴爾台灣區總經理廖仁祥表示,已表達「簡單、實惠、合理」的歉意,雖無法讓人人滿意
,但戴爾已展現最大誠意。
戴爾的「賠償」,引發網友在「噗浪」討論區上大罵,甚至有網友說「戴爾收買消保官,
將賠網友的錢,送給消保官。」還有網友說,「台灣人不如大陸人」,因為○六年戴爾在
大陸定價出錯時,賠償是打七五折每人限購五台,這次只給台灣人折價券,顯然是大小眼
。
