索菲亞我今天又被罵了 T.T
因為60元!!!
今天晚上下著毛毛細雨沒什麼客人的夜晚
導致我有點不知所措!(突然閒了下來)
後來進來了一桌客人(4人)
兩個老人家+兩個婦人(應該是老先生的女兒)
反正他們熱烈的討論了一陣子
老太太招手要我過去幫他們點餐
~~~~~~~我是哭泣的分隔線~~~~~~
總之最後他們點了兩份餐和一個單點沙拉
索菲亞:小姐~不好意思~那個我們有個人低消60元的規定!
女兒1:60?有呀~我們有超過呀...
索菲亞:嗯~不好意思我們是指個人低消
不是指總低消~所以你們四個人應該要再單點一份
女兒1:可是我們之前來都沒有呀~ㄟ!我們來很多次了耶!(開始不悅)
索菲亞:不好意思~可是這是店裡現在的規定耶~(我也是7月份才來的呀)
女兒1:喔~那你們哪裡有寫?本子有嗎?門口有嗎?
(開始很大力翻動我們的菜單~)
你不能這樣口說規定!那你說改天100我也要接受嗎?
老先生:你們要寫呀~不可以這樣!哪有這種規定!?(把菜單拿起來晃動)
女兒1:對呀!你這樣我可以告你們耶...叫你們老闆出來!
索菲亞:不好意思~請稍等我一下!(搬救兵去)
(我就去請我正職的同事來說明)
TING:嗯~不好意思~低消60是我們店裡新的規定!
不叫她來還好~她根本沒講幾句
後來那桌客人簡直是直接用罵的在罵我同事
她從頭到尾一直被罵
老先生:說謊!你說謊!
老太太:我從美國回來沒聽說這種事
女兒1:你們怎麼這樣!我可以告你們耶!叫你老闆出來!
(這三個人一直陷入一種無窮迴圈的狀態我同事只能站著讓他們罵)
我後悔死了....
早知她會被罵
我一個被罵就好還拖她下水
而且我們從頭到尾都沒有口氣不好
我們都是好好講!
如果沒有告知或不管客人有低消的話
我們也會被唸(不過小朋友通常不在此限)
我知道沒有明文規定是我們的不對ꄊ但是我們沒收開瓶也沒加成
也在用餐前點餐時就明確告知!
我發誓我都是笑笑的跟你們解釋
如果你們還有覺得不妥
可以選擇不要在這裡用餐
這是你們的自由~
可是我只是小小的服務生
我也是領人薪水的...
可以不要為難我嗎?
這個規定並不是罵我就會消失的!
我也不能做主呀~
我今天身體很不舒服
一被罵我就更緊張
緊張就容易出錯!
我在店裡已經很容易被同事罵了
所以今天心情就更糟了...
眼淚要一直忍
還好客人只有平常的一半
還有時間去廁所偷偷擦掉!(好啦~我承認我比較容易哭)
