想問一下特價中的衣服 - 消費者保護

有些特賣衣服寫名不試穿不退不換
可是買回家都還沒穿
衣服上裝飾的球球就掉了ㄧ顆 那請問該拿該件衣服怎麼辦
因為還買同款不同顏色的衣服多件
若品質都如此那代表其他球球也可能以此類推
甚至可能洗過後就掉球了
請問 那該拿此件衣服及同款怎麼處置呢
又 之前去他家商店也是買了ㄧ件沒打折的衣服
結果只穿過一次連洗都沒洗球就掉下來了 這....怎麼說呢
因為是臨時到外地買的 也不可能特意去換 加上發現時也超過7天了
只是感覺很不甘心....
