全家第二杯半價活動-逾期問題 - 消費者保護

前一陣子全家有第二杯半價的活動，可先付款領卷，擇日領取
上面有領取日期為 1/24之前，沒注意到所以過期了
今日去兌換時我跟全家表示，願意補半價差額
補折扣的半價，等於仍用原價購買
全家拒絕
我跟店家說，這屬於有價商品卷，非贈品，過期不可說完全沒有
這畢竟還是我付錢買的 ＝.＝
就跟電影團票一樣，後來也規定電影票逾期也是補差額即可使用
請問這種狀況有立場可以去跟全家申訴嗎？
如果沒有，不就等於店家平白"吃掉"消費者先付的錢？
