1.我們在幫客人結帳把麵包裝進麵包袋的時候,都會再黏膠帶,以防麵包掉出來...
客人 :小姐,你跟你們老闆講不要用透明的膠帶啦..
我 :喔...怎麼說呢?
客人 :透明的很難撕耶...我回去都看不到膠帶黏在哪邊..
你們應該要用有顏色的膠帶啦,這樣也可以變成你們的特色阿...
我 :喔....好...我會幫你跟老闆建議喔.
客人 :聽我的準沒錯啦....透明的真的很麻煩...
做這麼久了,還真的第一次聽到這樣的反應............
2. 我們店裡只要買麵包,就可以免費無限的喝咖啡和紅茶..
咖啡還是用咖啡豆研磨的,紅茶還是用茶葉泡的....說實在的...
我認為品質很好,又香..以免費的而言,真的是很棒的一個服務。
但,既然是免費的...就會有好多客人都不懂的珍惜,還有會偷偷喝的..
ex:1.一杯咖啡要用兩個紙杯(我們紙杯算有厚度了),怕燙.....
2.每喝一杯都要換一個新的紙杯...
3.咖啡喝完要喝紅茶時,要換新的紙杯,紅茶喝完又想喝咖啡時,再換一個紙杯..
4.進門後自己用了一杯咖啡,跟他說要消費喔.他說他等等會消費..
然後趁人多的時候就溜走了..重點還用拿自己的特大號杯子來裝...
5.我們後來為了防止客人沒消費就自己拿紙杯(以前是紙杯直接放著讓客人拿)
現在會把紙杯收起來,客人需要的時候我們再拿給他們....
結果昨天遇到一個男客人,我沒印象他有買麵包,
但看到他在咖啡區用咖啡(重點是,還把我咖啡機亂按..結果咖啡跑不出來)
我在納悶他怎麼會有杯子的時候..看到咖啡機旁邊有一捲全新的紙杯..
而且已經被拆開然後拿了一個,那一個就在這個男客人手上...
原來,他自己打開我們的置物櫃裡面拿的(可能是以前看過我們補充)
我當時有點生氣,因為我覺得這實在太誇張了吧..
於是問他:先生您有消費嘛?
他指了店裡正在挑選麵包的一個女士說跟她一起來的..
當下我就想說好...那算了....
後來發現這位小姐根本不認識他,而且這位先生泡完咖啡..
就自己坐在我們外面座位區,走的時候還留了一堆垃圾.......
人不要臉真的天下無敵!!!!!!!!!!!
6.我們店裡的咖啡真的被好多客人稱讚,香濃又好喝...
即使是免費提供,我們也不想提供很劣質的品質....
雖然不能和星巴克相比,但我們確實是很有誠意的挑選咖啡豆..
但還是免不了被客人嫌棄..
EX :星巴克的比較好喝..你們咖啡不怎樣嘛..好苦..
紅茶怎麼不甜...沒有外帶杯嘛?這樣很難拿耶...
杯子好小...我不想用奶精有奶球嘛...
7.戶外規劃了一區讓客人可以坐下的地方..還有桌子..
並且提供報紙跟雜誌等等..............
但這不代表我們是餐廳好嘛........
ex:你們有白開水嘛...我想吃藥...蛤..冰的喔...沒有熱的嘛?
一堆婆婆媽媽衝進來想上廁所(我們不方便外借阿!!)
衛生紙不用錢就瘋狂的使用,買一個麵包要用掉我半包衛生紙....
但我覺得服務業需要的就是客人的一些尊重,
您願意給我們一些禮貌和尊重,
我們也會非常願意而且樂意提供給您們更多更優質的服務品質!
