我也是心酸小客服..
之前接過一個最最最奧客的一個案子....
跟大家分享一下...
奧客: 小姐,我昨天穿你們家的褲子搭捷運時,竟然從褲檔邊破開了啦...
我: 請問先生您的褲子買多久了?
奧客: 大概有三年了吧.....
我:那請問您昨天搭捷運時是否有不小心勾到什麼東西...
奧客: 怎麼可能...我才一蹲下就破掉了...你們XXX牌子這麼大.褲子品質怎麼這麼爛啊,
沒有保固嗎?那我褲子現在破了是要怎穿啊...
我: 這樣,方不方便請您送回我們的專櫃,我請專櫃小姐為您維修
奧客: 這是你們家褲子品質有問題吧....你們要怎麼賠償我...
我:不好意思,產品若是有問題,七天內就要回來更換了!!
奧客:那請你們高層來解決好了...還是要我找消保會或投訴水果報...
我:好的,我幫您聯絡業務主任...
對話到此.....
掛完電話,我大概在位子上罵了十分鐘吧...
我們公司的客服就只有我一個人..所以有奧客來電,我一定是唯一會接到電話的
這客人真的很無理...,買了三年的褲子我都不知道他這三年來怎麼"照顧"這件褲子的
我也不知道他到底有沒有"身材魁梧"到一蹲下可以撐破整件褲子...
穿了三年的褲子,破了怎麼還這麼有臉來要求賠償一件新的...
現在的客人都是這樣嗎? 動不動就找消保嗎....
自己的消費行為都不能自己負責一下嗎
最好是買件褲子還給你終生保固咧.....大怒!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
