利用輕鬆付付完款才發現賣家沒有開啟輕鬆付 - 退費

事情經過是這樣的
我禮拜一在yahoo拍賣標到了一樣商品
後來收到得標通知,信中的有個「賣方資料」旁有一「賣家指定使用結帳系統」
裡頭有幾個選項其中之一是利用全家Famiport付款,我是利用這個選項付款的
但就在我付款後的當天晚上收到賣家來信,賣家表示他並沒有開通輕鬆付
也就是說我利用了輕鬆付款項去全家繳費了,但賣家並沒有收到款項,我也無法收到商品
後來也寫了幾封信去詢問客服是否能夠退費,但都沒有得到正面回應
只是一直回應說經過他們確認我的確是有付款的
我是想請問說,遇到現在這個狀況,我可以要求Yahoo退費給我嗎??
還是要請賣家開通輕鬆付呢?(因為賣家不想被扣15元的手續費而沒有開通輕鬆付)
