先說在前,我不知道醬有沒有積極的效果,但我消極的這樣做了...
我是以信用卡購買一台螢幕NTD1699,我愈想愈不安,所以我撥了0800給我的信用卡公司
我跟客服說,我要對Dell(全球) 及 台灣戴爾提不信任註記,請信用卡公司
在戴爾有任何請款動作時要先跟我確認,客服問我有什麼理由做這樣的要求,
我說 戴爾在網頁註明是線上折扣(有列出原價和折扣金額),並在取得我的信用卡
卡號、有效月年、以及最重要的 卡後三碼 後,才顯示訂單尚未確認,最後更過分地
片面取消訂單,因此本人對該企業的誠信有質疑,不相信該企業會妥善保管用戶的
信用卡資料,故做如此聲明在前,不承認任何未經我本人授權,來自 Dell 的任何請款。
客服已特別註記,我亦記錄該客服人員編號及姓名。
