敝人任職黑貓,路線是跑的是鄉下地方,橫跨兩鄉鎮,送貨範圍大概有
接近1/3個台北市了吧。
事發經過;
在上個月的某一天,已經接近過年了,貨量比平常多,當天早上
有一件包裹,內容物是藥品,據經驗,應該是兒孫寄給長輩吃的慢性病藥
物(滿大包的),勾選上午送,所以我在大約10點左右就到了那個村莊,不
過,我找不到門牌,電話也沒人接(只留室話),問了幾個路人,也不知道@@
打給寄件人問,沒接電話(鄉下地方送貨有個難處就是門牌很亂,不照順序排
,所以通常送久才會熟,也常需要電話聯絡到人才有辦法送掉)所以我只好放
棄,打算下午收貨時經過這邊再送送看。
到了中午的時候,我在另一個鎮上送貨,距離那個村莊有10km以上,我接到了
客服來電,告知寄件人在查件,我說明原委,並且下午會再送,客服回覆寄件
人,又跟我說,寄件人要求馬上送,因為是很緊急的藥品,不得耽擱!我回說
無法立即處理,因為手頭上還有近50件的貨沒送,來回村莊需要1個小時處理,
會造成作業上的困難,我堅持下午再送!
後來,主管直接打給我,要我優先處理這件包裹,我說明了我的難處,但主管堅
持,並說了〝如果收件人因為這樣無法吃到藥,有了啥三長兩短,你能負責嗎?〞
當下滿肚子火(試想,催件、查件電話一直來,貨也多到在預定時間送不完,又沒
時間吃飯,已經在餓肚子了)但也只能聽主管的話,為了這件貨,特地回頭在跑一
趟;花了近半小時回到那個村莊,電話打了有人接,收件人是個阿嬤,不太會報路
只說她家前面種紅花,天啊,500公尺的巷道,有多少人種花啊@@我只好慢慢問路人
啊,契而不捨的問了20分鐘,檳榔攤,鐵工廠,雜貨店都問了,偏偏沒人認識Q_Q
徒步問路到一家三合院,門前種了一株不知品種的樹,開著紅花,一個阿嬤坐在樹下
跟鄰居聊天,燃起希望,經過詢問,確定是收件人,才將這個任務完成!回到我原
本繼續送貨的地方,已經過了一個小時!
心裡碎碎唸:
我還特地問了那個阿嬤,早上10點怎麼沒人在家?阿嬤說去隔壁鄰居家裡聊天
(隔好幾條巷子那種);還問這個要很急著用嗎?阿嬤又說,不急啊,藥還沒吃
完,不急著吃(@_@);又問妳孫女有跟妳說要寄藥回來嗎?阿嬤說,沒有啊,中
午接到電話才知道(壓抑怒氣中)離開前,跟阿嬤提醒,要按時吃藥喔^.<
重點:
我知道付錢的人是老大,但需要把事情講的好像很嚴重嗎?沒及時吃到藥,就好像
會葛屁似的,當然,我也不是那麼沒人性啦!我也是會擔心阿嬤會不會怎麼樣=_=
但為了這件突發狀況,整天的行程完全DELAY,收貨還幾乎趕不上客人下班的時間!
