小弟我在大賣場做網管人員,專門負責處理店內的各項資訊設備的問題,
但現在遇到最頭痛的問題,就是我們賣場的同仁習慣對我們網管人員頤指氣使,
覺得我們後勤服務單位就是要怎麼樣怎麼樣。
其中尤其是服務檯中心的服務小姐們,簡直是大少奶奶群,
那時候我還正為了店內網路的問題忙到焦頭爛額,
好不容易可以喘口氣吃頓中飯,就這樣硬生生被叫下去服務台處理,
還是為了一個"XX視窗關不起來"的鳥問題,回報問題時我有問她們,
現在機器都可以用嗎?狀況都正常嗎?都說對,
我就請她們如果關不起來可以先自行重開機試試,
不行再打電話過來叫我處理。
結果才掛完電話沒三秒鐘,換另一個大小姐打過來,
劈頭就說說:電腦就是不能重開機,請你過來處理!
就是硬要扣你到現場去處理,口氣還很強硬,
OS:棍!最好不能(會)重開機,那你家的電腦你也不要用了,
丟掉算了!!
下去一看,我靠!兩個服務檯小姐站在櫃檯前面沒事作,
那個口氣很差的還在跟別人聊天聊的很爽咧,明明就沒事幹,
就是打死不自己動手把問題解決,硬是要叫你過去幫他處理,
看到那個情形我整個人都火了
(我還沒吃飯,就為了你這無關緊要的小事過來處理,你她X的什麼意思?)
我就大聲問他:到底有沒有重開機過?
(這種小學生都會的事情也要我來處理?那公司請你幹嗎?)
她不甩我,自顧自的聊天,我後來也只是重開機就把問題給解決了,
事後我跟另一個小姐說,店內現在問題很多,可以自己簡單處理的事情,
先作,不行再叫我們過來,這樣才不會浪費大家的時間,
就這樣,回到辦公室就被主管給叫過去了,說我被服務台人員給客訴了...
(內容是:態度太差!!)
我真想當場衝下去破口大罵,但這樣只爽了一時,畢竟賺錢很辛苦,
我很珍惜目前的這份工作,不希望得罪別人,可是遇到這種同仁真的很X,
大家都為公司服務,就不能夠同理心想一下,舉手之勞就能解決的事情還
要我們勞師動眾,對誰有好處?
而且這個單位一直以來都用這種態度來叫我們去幫她們做事,
說真的我受不了,請問大家當我下次遇到類似的問題時,
我到底該如何去應對?不想得罪別人,也不想被別人當下人使喚,
尤其是自己的同事!!
