有個客人在16:04下標結帳了一件商品,由於出貨的時間對於超商取貨付款來說比較晚,還是為了他優先幫他處理了,趕在16:46幫他寄出,在寄出後,回到電腦前整理訂單時,客人再16:42留言說要取消訂單,於是就馬上先到超商,將商品取消寄出,由於我還沒再系統上做取消交易的動作,對方就先留言了要投訴我強迫交易,甚至直接給於負評,內容還寫上強迫他購買和出貨速度很慢,於是就莫名奇妙得到這樣的負評,後來也回應給他,說明了整個的退貨流程,提出了交易提醒,也請他修改評價,對方竟然回應了,如你能幫我取消訂單,會很感激,會重新給好評。感覺上像갊O我的問題造成他的困擾。有想說不要移除得標者。還是有什麼更好的做法呢?
