請問奇摩拍賣的易付全家超取問題 - 網賣

我有一筆全家易付的超取訂單
客人明明已經告知取貨還問了產品的相關問題
但因為系統一直顯示未取貨
而我也用取件編號連結到易付查詢
也顯示客人已經在11/29取貨了
但到目前為止(12/1)奇摩系統還是顯示未取貨
這我該如何處理??
