I visited your web site and found a discount 7000 NTD (210US)
of all your products. The picture I had already packed up.
The website showed a monitor which I need is only 999NTD (30US)
Thank god, I know that is what I want.
I follow all the procedure to order the monitor, also got a mail said Dell
receive my order.
The next day I went to the bank to remit the money.
At that moment I think I am the luckiest guy in the world.
But this feeling doesn't exist more than one day when I see the bulletin.
The Dell office of Taiwan claim that it was a mispriced and deny the orders.
Offer a deal with gives an 1000 NTD (30US) discount. This decision is
unacceptable and apparently commit Dell's goodwill.
I believe your honor but get this as a return...
I have been waiting for a whole week and wish that Dell US will made a wise
and correct decision.But the truth is not what I expect.
It's still the same 1000NTD (30US) discount.
I wish you can think more and give a wisdom result.
