網拍賣家、買家,客服標準不一? - 退費

這個問題從網拍購物8年以來,一直困擾著我
Y拍在交易流程的設定上
我存有很大的質疑
舉以下案例說明:
1.賣家關於我,規定七日內完成付款交易
賣家在第一天點下"交易提醒"
我也給予回覆要購買
但賣家在第五日(中間含假日)點選買家棄標
和賣家溝通後,移除了棄標的紀錄
但Y拍無法恢復當時的得標記錄,也無法移除賣家不正確的評價意見
Q:Y拍頁面系統僅提供賣家作處理,買家這沒有資格作選擇,是否有所偏頗?
2.得標後,賣家反悔得標價格,要求棄標退費
賣家表示得標價格無法接受
要求買家選擇"因故不買"(這方面應非買家緣故)
我同意賣家退費處理,但賣家溝通態度極差給負評,但賣家反之給予報復性負評
Q:向客服提出申訴,Y拍說表示這是交易過程的溝通問題無法介入
但賣家棄標在先,導致交易失敗而退款,這樣的情況Y拍不用出面制裁?
3.賣家毫無蹤影,買家要等兩周以上才能評判
得標後賣家未提供任何帳戶跟資料,
故以評價跟賣家聯繫三次以上未果
也向Y拍提出申訴
根據Y拍規定,賣家在提出交易提醒後五日,買家要完成交易,否則以棄標論
買家沒有交易提醒可以設定,只能向客服提出申訴,但客服要求給賣家20日的緩衝期
Q:買家跟賣家的權益,是客服或平台自己設定?
查詢任一條文,皆未標明其中
Y拍無法給予雙方公平、公正、公開的處理,使用平台的會員們,要合理接受?

多年來,我曾5度以上致電Y拍客服
希望將系統改制為買賣雙方皆可合理運用
但這些年下來,Y拍對象處理態度失衡是越演越烈
以上案例,僅是問題發源點
但實質上癥結在Y拍客服(平台)對買賣方不一的對待
望請達人給予相關意見或可能改善的方針~感謝
