本人是某間M打工的小小管理組,
前陣子的某天因為服務員漏給了漢堡,
客人打電話來店裡,整個口氣就是很自大+驕傲…
OS:理所當然就是摸摸鼻子自己忍受…
畢竟顧客至上是宗旨阿…
用命令的狀態,
要求我們送到他學校的教室裡面…
並請說明他的教室是最高學院…
而且還說10分鐘就可以到了…
雖然那間大學離店其實不算太遠,
但是除了飆車,
我想不出來有哪條路可以10分鐘到達…
當然當下其實我傻了…
學院有分等級嗎?
先生不好意思我不懂最高學院在哪邊,
請問你可以給我明確一點的地方嗎?
先生:就跟你說我在最高學院你不懂啊?!
後來,
幸好當時身邊的服務員也有讀同間的學生…
在旁邊跟我說,
最高學院是指在蓋最高的…設計學院…
之後掛上電話我還是默默去送餐…
在回程的路上我一直在想,
如果讀到大學還是有錢就是老大的態度,
我想教育對那位先生而言可能真的有點失敗了…
雖然我也明白沒有吃到漢堡那種心情很差,
但那先生的態度,
還真是有種丟大學生臉的感覺…
