沒有發票還可以要求換瑕疵品嗎 - 鑑賞期

我之前在台灣買了大宇資訊的遊戲光碟
一直到回美國以後才開封 但是一直沒有辦法安裝
從電腦看光碟是空白的
從光碟的背面看也是沒有燒錄過的痕跡
我回台灣以後把遊戲光碟 連包裝整盒寄回去大宇要求換貨
客服人員表示因為已經過了七天鑑賞期 要求我要連發票一起寄回去
我的發票早就在我回美國之前丟掉了
客服就要求我另外付維修費
我覺得很可笑 今天維修費我不是付不出來
只是大宇資訊也不算小公司
竟然要求消費者額外付費來維修他們的瑕疵品
客服自己也說 他們工程師看過光碟 確定我買到的是空白光碟
我連包裝一起完整的寄給他
客服的態度就是 如果我不付維修費 我就什麼都拿不到
支持正版結果是這樣...
請問這種情況 我就只能自認倒楣嗎
