我常在奇摩購物買東西,但因為買電器與 3C類常常發生不愉快,
今天忍不住抱怨後,居然出現經銷商跟奇摩聯合說謊的狀況。
要先聲明,這樣的情況並不是每次都會發生,
令人滿意的經驗也是有,
但是從除濕機、掃瞄器到高價位電腦音響及腳底按摩器等等都買過了,
不愉快的經驗也佔四成,整個完全看運氣,
看遇到的廠商是不是有良心。
最常發生的情況,是會收到從包裝物各方面
都可明顯看出是已經至少被其它顧客退貨過一次的商品,
即使商品本身功能正常,
這種因為是在網路上購買、人不在現場就被店家佔便宜的不被尊重的感覺,
實在極度令人不愉快,
最惡劣的情況是廠商把明顯已經被退貨過無數次的瑕疵品拿來出貨,
一副希望能遇到哪個不懂或不敢退換貨的傻子
幫他們把壞掉又已經買斷不能退的商品成本給吸收掉的樣子,
收到東西時,心裡冒出的店家那副輕視客人的嘴臉就讓人火大。
另一點讓我心裡有點疙瘩的是經銷商常常避免在保證書上蓋章,
但這部份我可以體諒,
畢竟七天鑑賞期內的退貨原因不見得是商品本身的問題,
也有可能只是東西與消費者的想像或需求不符,
但經銷商難道不能向生產商言商,請他們多給幾張空白的保證書嗎?
今天終於忍不住向奇摩購物方面抱怨,
結果奇摩客服居然與經銷商聯手說謊,
雙方都宣稱因為都是由生產商出貨,
所以保證書上才沒有蓋經銷章。
如果是由生產商出貨,中間還隔個經銷商幹麻?
這樣生產商人事成本大增,還得用中盤價賣給經銷商,
讓經銷不費吹灰之力白賺嗎?
而且我這次抱怨的商品外包裝上明明就有經銷商的保固貼紙,
我不相信有生產商不只願意負擔零售人事成本,
還會好心地幫經銷商保管他們的保固小貼紙,
而且如果是生產商出貨,何以退換貨總是由經銷商方面連絡?
若說是由經銷方面人員再轉告生產商,
這樣沒效率的層層疊疊,
只有傻子才幹。
這次收到的東西品質正常,
雖然從包裝耗材可明顯看出至少是被退貨過一次的東西
(有過數次同樣經驗之後,我現在拆封的每個步驟都會拍照存證,
證實收到的真的不是新品),
商品上也有點小污漬,不過因為很容易清理,
我也就算了,
但是居然得到不誠實的回應,
實在是.....
當然每次出貨都是出新品、而且都會在保證書上蓋章的經銷商也是有,
但在我的經驗裡只有一家,
是賣健身及健康電器的「福磊企業」。
因為消費經驗愉快,
所以我家在三個月內連續向他們買了三台同款的高價位腳底按摩器來自用和送禮。
如果每次都能遇到這樣的好廠商就好了。
