其實 這篇是要提醒各位消費者
要維修家電時 記得詢問維修收費標準
事情發生:
冷氣搖控器 接收不良
打搖控器 後面24小時客服電話
先跟客服描述一下 我的情況
客服 就直接告訴我 過幾天叫維修人員來家維修
過幾天維修人員來家 跟描述一下 搖控器有時接收良好 有時接收不了
維修人員 就說要換冷氣的接收面板 一個要800元
心想一次要換二台 (家裡二台同樣問題)
我就想說 這應該不是人為因素 也要跟我收錢
沒想到一問保固期才一年 這跟保固三個月沒什麼二樣
於是 我就說那不用了 我自己用按的算了
沒想到維修人員跟我說 如果不修要300元
短短的3分鐘談話要我300元
馬上打電話跟客服人員說 為什麼不跟我告知 保固期過了要300元到府費
客服人員說 保固卡上面有寫 ..問題是我從搖控器後面得知客服電話..
結果還是心不甘情願給了300元
