我是個在體育用品店服務的菜鳥
這個週末有不少幼稚園要開學的客人來看產品
其實我們的商品雖然有些是比較高價位的,
但是有些大特價款式的價格很經濟實惠
而且價格都有含周邊用品、以及不限堂數的教學
通常家長都覺得很合理,甚至會替我們擔心會不會倒店 XD
但是今天這個家長真是讓我開了眼界...
這個家長來了三四次,每次都在關店前十分鐘進來(沒什麼關係...反正我加班費照領)
每次的開場白都是"小姐妳要下班了喔?那我們快一點"
"就這樣啦,XX就好啦,妳快下班啦!"
已經大特價的價格又要一砍兩砍三砍四砍,
不過因為特價的價格幾乎已經逼近成本...所以他也沒辦法成功
甚至後來還跑到友店去(友店沒有這個特惠活動)
告訴友店說:我們要給他們XX元(低於成本的不可思議價錢),友店的誠意有多少?
繞了一圈,這個家長砍價不成(當然),最後還是回到我們店裡來。
打包完結帳好,正要送家長跟小朋友出店的時候
那個家長伸手從牆上拽了新品輪子下來
"反正你們這個不用錢嘛!再給我們沒關係啦!"
緊抓著戰利品,帶著小孩迅速的撤退開車走了。
......那個輪子尺寸那麼大,小朋友的鞋子又裝不下去
而且一雙鞋有八個輪,拿走三個能做什麼(汗)
這種行為是強盜了吧?
第一次碰到這種家長,真的不知道能說什麼 = =
