有幾位網友跟我說
法官裁定要補足裁判費
若該團裡面有N個人 就要繳N x 1000的裁判費
這樣實在是破壞了揪團的美意
揪團不就是為了要方便 省錢嗎？
我剛想到一個破解戴爾賤招的方法
請大家一起分析看看行不行得通
就是 團裡面的成員把螢幕、筆電的債權
受讓給主揪
只要主揪自己擁有的訴訟標的價格沒有超過十萬
那還是一樣可以只付一千的訴訟費用吧~~~
