儘管在這時間吵得沸沸揚揚,
戴爾網路消費部門似乎對「正常」價位的購買者,提供了即時且迅速的聯絡及溝通;
今天凌晨嘗試著在戴爾網站操作網路消費流程,午間就有服務人員電話及信件聯繫。
雖然我採這樣的方式係有點惡意,但是為了瞭解DELL部門的運作狀況只能選擇如此方式。
依照該客服給的答覆為:
我們「正常」的處理流程大致是,
收到客戶下的訂單要與客戶聯繫確認發票抬頭和送貨地址,
也會確認比如交貨時間和寄發票的時間,客戶確認需要訂購再去做付款動作,
「財務」收到款以後會下單至生產線。
但是若是下列情況:
如果您「已經付款」了,您把匯款底單提供一下,我們發給財務確認,
如果款項到帳了,財務會幫下到生產線去排隊出貨的喲。
