關於戴爾事件 - 消費者保護

  剛剛打電話給消費者保護文教基金會南區分會,由一位鄭小姐做的申訴管道的
解釋,我整理如下:

1.Dell規模太大,必需要公權力介入,請各位第一步先向消保會做線上申訴,申訴
網址如右: https://back.cpc.gov.tw/backend/FrontQueryEvent/first.htm

2.2009年6月28日自由時報所刊載之內容若有集體訴訟由消基會受理。意思不是由
個人向消基會提出申請,而是由行政院消費者保護委員會評估集體訴訟的可能性
,如果確定要集體訴訟,行政院會指派給消保團體,若是指派給消基會,則消基
會就會受理團體訴訟相關事項。

3.目前若要向消基會投訴,消基會先請受害者向Dell發存證信函,因為Dell的規模
 太大,所以這件事情必需要由公權力介入才有足夠的力量與之抗衡,所以建議先
向行政院做線上投訴。

以上,因為Dell目前的狀況看來是還未公佈解決辦法,板友們在這裡討論不出個結
論不如就走目前現有可以投訴的管道,填一份線上申請不需要太多時間,之後就靜
待Dell的聲明了。
