那我可以問個問題嗎?
消費者的權力要爭取,那義務呢?
既然商家的權利義務都要盡到!
那消費者是不是只要在期限內,然後商品
無瑕疵狀況下,達到所需求的商品...
商品拆了使用不喜歡或不合用.....
而店家也規定3天內可換貨,沒有說商品
正常狀況下不可換...........
各位大大的意思是如此嗎?
那我希望有人可身體力行去做一次,希望有
實際例子來看....
如果有的話請告訴我是哪一商家,我絕對在
台灣區內不論那個地方我都願意跑過去那個
商家買,不論要換幾次貨我都甘願,而消費
者所負擔換貨所衍生出的成本(郵資,交通費)
我可自行承擔.....
我知道有人會說你要這麼做是妳的事,沒有人
需要身體力行做你指定的事.......
