大家好~
我是從事日本代訂代購,利潤有多薄~大家應該都知道....
有位客人請我在日本網站上代購東西,透過蝦皮下單,
也都要告知是預購,需要等待10-14天不含假日的工作天,
就在今天商品抵達台灣,我向他告知進度,說已經準備清關了,期間也沒有超過等待天數,
然後...
他用蝦皮的 聊聊 告訴我,他想要取消訂單,
我告知他可能沒辦法,因為商品已經抵達台灣,也好言相勸說我是空運來台灣
不是跟台灣的代理商拿貨,希望我們還是能夠完成交易..
我有問他想取消的原因是什麼?
他回答我:因為我看到更優惠的價格

好想罵髒話啊!!!
想請問大家,如果是這樣,你們會就被他牽著鼻子走取消訂單嗎?
還是說,還是會商品出給他,他不付款取貨讓他退回來呢?
但是我也很擔心如果商品就出給他會不會引來後續的壞評以及無限糾葛~(抱頭)
覺得...怎麼可以那麼不尊重人...又沒有逼你買,下單前可以先比價啊! /__\
