這篇是因應前面的一些推文,和給一般消費
者的文章,寫的不好還請多多包含!!

消費者是人,店家也是人~
這邊對澳客的認知,就是所謂的態度問題.先不談
法律層面.
難道很多事情,不能好好講.一定要撕破臉嗎?
在公共場合大聲喧嘩.那我們基本國民教育,到底
學到了什麼???
做人處事,不會乎"情理法",在法的這一層面,訂
金付了就代表訂單契約成立.所以消費者在要和人
大小聲時,是否考慮了,自身站不站的住腳的問題.
而為什麼買賣雙方要訂定契約,因為雙方面我們
彼此才會有個保障.一般商店都是零售商,往下我
們會面對的是你們消費者,往上我們還有中盤,製
造商.所以消費者任意毀約的結果,往往我們都是
夾在中間.這也就是為什麼我們需要有契約,保障
彼此雙方的權益.
現在消費者意識抬頭,可是也不能無限上綱到過
頭.相信一般的商店,都是以客為尊,雖然可能消費
者站不住腳,但往往只要好好溝通,都是可以談出好
的結果.可是不知是不是社會媒體價值觀的扭曲,現
在的買賣雙方好像都扭曲成<顧客一定是對的>,而忽
略了法律層面.
結論就是:好好講,雙方都互相體諒彼此的處境
一定都會談成好的結果的.
大聲的喧嘩爭吵,也許贏了一時的裡
子,可是失去的是風度禮貌的面子,
這樣真的是贏了嗎??????
