在yahoo拍賣與買家私下交易是否違法？ - 消費者保護

我是yahoo拍賣網的新手，yahoo拍賣原已向賣家收取刊登費 3 元，今年八月又新增
交易成交費 3% 的規定，但我只是賣自己的二手書，並未以營利為目的，付了每本書籍各
3 元的刊登費後更是不齒再多付 3% 的交易成交費，因此打算私下與買家協商是否能私下
交易，而不結標。
這樣是否有觸法？我雖身為賣家，但仍是yahoo拍賣的消費者，我不認同他們向賣家多
收費用。
