因網站系統問題強扣點數,如何保障權益 - 消費者保護

標題字數有限,很難表明整件事的原委
小弟昨天趕在GoXXXXy線上購物網站20點抵10元的活動期間內
訂購了Acer品牌電腦一部並折抵所有點數
但結帳過程中因分期設定錯誤故轉回首頁重新下單,此時卻發現可折抵點數為0點.......
致電客服查詢後證實有該筆交易失敗之訂單,但客服竟回覆
點數需等待3小時方會退還帳戶!
當下反映了自己的不悅,因系統設定上的謬誤竟導致客戶無法即時參與活動
客服人員竟也只是淡淡的回覆該活動下星期二還會有,要我等到下星期二再重新下單...........
當天晚上8時許我登入該網站查詢退點狀況順便查詢本欲訂購之商品
卻出現現貨不足"補貨中"之的字樣
頓時覺得申辦該網站合作之聯名卡or會員卡並於網站上消費之個人權益相當沒有保障.......
倘若我下週要開始長期出差僅有昨天可趕在活動期內訂購本人需要的商品
又或者本人下週要訂購時該商品再次出現補貨中無法訂購的字樣.......
那我的消費權益何存?
想請問一下版上的先進,對於這樣的情況是否只能自己認衰?
還是說應該爭討自己的權益讓身為企業主的該公司能夠對整個流程進行檢討?
