同是資訊業的黑手,我也想報怨一下
我們公司這一年接了不少工作,當然有很多的好客戶
但是...爛客戶也不少...
話說某天,我們接到XX眼鏡的報修..
說他們的印表機有問題,列印會不清楚..身為維修人員
經過判斷和以前這家客戶用的耗材的經驗(都買便宜副廠貨)
..馬上就很清楚告訴她 "小姐,這個是碳粉匣問題喔,更換碳粉就好了"
這位小姐也很配合的說"喔" .. 然後掛了電話
隔了一星期,他們又報修了..狀況一樣還備註(換過碳粉匣了)
工程師這時就有疑惑了,不太可能...但還是到現場處理..
一到了現場,工程師拿起碳粉搖一搖然後說
"小姐,妳們確定換過嗎?? " 那位小姐就開始說
"我們六月的時候就有換過了" ...這時候工程師大概知道狀況(現在是11月)
所以就又口頭告知一次"小姐,這個是碳粉匣問題,更換後就會正常"
接下來又跑出另一位小姐,開始無厘頭式的回應
"這台機器才買一年,怎麼要換那麼多碳粉?"
"你們先借我一台啦,我們總公司請不到碳粉"
"我們不是專業阿,你們先幫我處理啦"
這時候工程師就委婉的告知客戶..
"你們把碳粉換完就可以正常使用啦..而且耗材問題公司規定沒辦法幫你們處理"
這時候他們店又跑出一個男的出來問狀況
工程師將狀況告訴那位先生,沒想到那位先生說
"說不定是你們的機器把我們的碳粉用壞...."
老實講,做這行業那麼久,只看過副廠碳粉把印表機搞壞
還沒看過印表機把副廠碳粉弄壞的,基於專業工程師只好告訴那位先生
"不然我們送原廠好了,不過如果用副廠碳粉照成機器損壞會有費用喔?"
原本以為很行的男的居然退縮了
"那我把碳粉拔掉在送修就好啦......"
工程師這時也告訴他 " 這樣怎麼測出是機器弄壞碳粉還是碳粉弄壞機器的呢?"
結果那位先生惱羞成怒了..
"不管啦,要你搬台備機來是在囉嗦三小..."
後來的結果當然就是...搬備機給他們..等他們請完碳粉匣後在把備機搬走..
為什麼..因為老闆太嫩了..從以前幫銀行搬PC搬到變成折紙箱...我們就知道
反正千錯萬錯,都是員工的錯.....
