合購商品出問題,求償責任歸屬? - 消費者保護

各位好:
若以網路合購方式購買消費性食品(寵物飼料),
當分購團員發現該商品品質疑有問題時,
該直接連絡廠商(代理商),或是一定得經由主購反應呢?
目前我遭遇到的狀況是,代理商將責任推給"可能於消費者私下分裝時發生問題",
(然因為已有其他原包裝購買者發現問題,代理商已部分回收該批號產品,
並於電話中說明,是因產品進口運送途中發生問題,
聲稱已回收問題產品,但實際上仍在市面上販售,且無公告回收)
通知主購,卻被認為把事情弄複雜了,且不願透露實際購買處,
還扣上"以後不進口大包裝飼料,大家沒分裝可買,對誰也沒好處"的大帽子
難道產品出問題,不能要求代理商給個合理解釋嗎?
我希望廠商提出說明,若不經過主購居中,可能達成嗎?
