家裡有一個辦公室出租
窗戶是氣動的
最近客人反應窗戶壞了
於是家母請了辦公大樓的經理處理
結果辦公室經理也沒報價
直接找了他合作的一間公司處理
那個廠商找了幾個人來處理
螺絲鎖一鎖 氣動的部分完全沒處理就說要收六千
那天如果家母在 不可能給他這樣收錢
偏偏那天是家父在現場 錢也給了
後來收了6000只開了張收據
我們已經電話告知該公司老闆這樣收費不合理
要求他要處理 但是他不處理
請問我們可以採取那些方式爭取權益?
有想過他沒開發票 拿收據去檢舉他
但是還是想找一個比較好的處理方式
