小弟身為一個PC及PRT的維修黑手
常常遇到一些鳥事也是正常的,但昨天的鳥事真的是OOXX
昨天接到我朋友的電話,說他哥哥有個朋友
他們公司的電腦有問題,想請我幫忙處理順便賺點外快
平常我是沒有在外接CASE的..所以我在電話中就提及
(我出門很貴,而且我現在人在屏東..要花時間先趕過去費用會不低)
(可能費用不會低於1600)
但是對方也很阿殺力的說 " 沒關係,到現場就開價給他們 "
所以就依約到現場處理 ~
到了現場之後,做了一些基本測試,聽了一下問題敘述
找了一下原因,原來是系統槽的空間不足,導致有些網頁出線異常
(緩衝區不夠,C槽只剩16Kb)
幫忙稍微清一下空間,然後告訴客戶說
"這個部份我只是稍微清空,讓你可以正常作業,但C槽軟體或資料你們要整理一下"
"不然這個狀況還會很快就發生"
但客戶提及他兒子也有在使用這台電腦,所以我也告訴客戶說
"那就請您兒子整理,如果有什麼不懂可能打電話來問我"
"我大概跑過清理磁碟,可以清出10G,不過時間會很久..你有空再請你兒子清理"
"你們資料部份我不方便動手,因為怕會有問題"
就這樣大概處理了30分鐘,我就開價說" 1200 元 "
客戶因為問題有解決,所以付錢時也很大方,我也提及說
" 我從屏東趕來高雄,而且賺的是技術錢,所以你可能會覺得不便宜 "
客戶笑笑說這個沒關係,問題有解決就好 ...

後來客戶的兒子回來了,然後就撥了電話給我
一開頭就是" nosay,你做這樣的事收1200會不會太誇張 "
" 我希望你是來重灌,不是來做清理磁碟的,我早就知道是c槽空間不夠 "
" 我朋友做都會比你好還更便宜 "
此時我已經火了,我直接嗆明說
" 我錢退還你,不用在這邊放馬後砲 "
" 當初接你工作,並沒有說要重灌..要是知道這樣我會直接請你們找別人 "
" 你當初知道這個問題為什麼不處理? 你老爸說壞了兩個星期了 "
" 我處理完你才在這邊講?嫌貴可以直接說,我不希望收了錢後才在機機歪歪 "
" 這個工作是我朋友拜託我才來做的,是你們來找我,不是我找你請搞清楚 "
" 你朋友那麼利害為什麼不請你朋友來做? "
後來他兒子被我"噹"到無話可說
只說了一句" 那公司軟體重灌要怎麼辦 "
我也回他 " 可以請你朋友來處理,不關我的事 "
他也就默默的掛了電話...
做這行業那麼久,我不願意接私人客戶就是因為這樣
他們總會覺得你這樣幾十分鐘就收那麼貴,早知道就自己來
但是他們卻忘了 " 會不會處理和能不能抓出問題點是不一樣的 "
清理磁碟大家都會做,但是你真的知道問題是出在空間不足嗎?
補個X ~ 技術錢真難賺 ~ ~ ~
