去年一月中在Y購中心買了一雙長靴

穿了大約三次，三月的時候因季節漸漸不適合穿靴了
便把靴子仔細擦完鞋油後，放入當初購買時就附的靴撐
最後再放進防塵套內，並且在鞋盒內放入乾燥劑
自認為保存作得滿好的
前幾天，覺得這天氣差不多能穿長靴了
就把靴子從鞋盒內拿出來
(我的鞋子都放在鞋架上，只是都會放進鞋盒內，是通風的環境)
看到靴子變成這情況差點昏倒

以右腳最為嚴重
雖然是去年年初買的靴子，但是我真的只穿了三次(認真算起來也還沒超過一年)
也不是我保存不當
今天有先打電話給客服，客服有請我附上照片寄到她們客服信箱
請問我有立場送回去維修或者是換新的嗎?
(曾在ES版看到有人跟我同情況廠商也把靴子回收並換新的)
