只是我一封信不知道能起到多少作用 但我覺得寫這封信給燦坤是我應該試著做的
真的覺得這種事情跟中指蕭一樣 需要藉由媒體的力量來"教育"消費者
之前一個在7-11凹贈品的客人是一例 現在燦坤買墨水的又是一例
所以 雖然應該是沒作用 但我還是寫信到燦坤官網所提供的mail了
是不是有人能一起反映呢???

燦坤3C人員您好
本人在PTT實業坊看到一位網友dantess2004張貼文章,概略內容為3/2至新北市
三峽區中山路的燦坤門市購買印表機墨水的爭議事件,該網友發表之文章中充滿消費者至
上的不合理態度,並揚言網路發文與投訴消基會或媒體記者等事項,後文並表示該店店長
已與客戶聯繫道歉等事項,但本人認為此事件燦坤門市人員處理並無錯誤,此事件為客戶
過分要求,相信燦坤也是以客戶至上提供服務與回覆歉意,但於情理並無必要對過分要求
的客戶提供如此服務,個人建議該店長不必再與此位客戶周旋,但仍建議在由燦坤3C官
方人員在網路與媒體等媒介上,澄清與平衡該客戶的不當要求與態度,實為販售與服務人
員應有的行為,而並非單方面大事化小,養成消費者無法無天的心態,個人意見提供,希
望燦坤3C能謹慎參考應對,如能經由此事件與媒體,教育消費者正確認知,才是消費者
真正的福利.
