會想申訴這次戴爾公司的問題,主要也是對於該公司的態度感到不滿。
目前所知道的消費者可以做的事情包括:
1.消費者線上申訴 (已申訴,如公文 http://ppt.cc/d~kL 有稍做處理)
2.寄出存證信函
因為如公文所示,正本收件人為「荷蘭商戴爾企業股份有限公司台灣分公司」,
這樣的狀況還需要再去寄出存證信函嗎?
一般消費者遇到消費糾紛(先不考慮戴爾到目前為止的態度問題)
想請問1.和2.的步驟,是要一併進行嗎?
想請問有經驗的板友提供意見,謝謝。
