戴爾標錯價 寄八折卡補償

【徐毓莉、許麗珍╱台北報導】連續標錯兩次價的台灣戴爾(DELL)電腦,昨宣布將對因
標錯價而受影響的消費者,提供為期一年優惠,未來一年內購買戴爾線上商店全系列商品
,皆享有線上折扣後價格再八折的優惠,每個型號商品至多能以優惠價買一台。不過民眾
認為,就算八折「還是貴」。
優惠價為期一年
戴爾因兩次標錯價,賠償方案均被指無誠意,上月三十日遭北市法規會罰款一百萬元,且
命其兩周內需提改善方案,否則將連續加罰。北市法規會主委葉慶元昨表示,戴爾昨提的
補償新方案,商品適用範圍大,折扣比法規會原提出的八點五折更優,因此不再加罰。
戴爾指出,將提供因標錯價而受影響的消費者為期一年的真心卡優惠方案,優惠商品包括
線上商店展示的各類產品,可享有線上折扣後再八折優惠。
消費者:還是貴
優惠專案從下月十五日開始實施,十五日前將電子優惠卡以電郵寄給受影響消費者。查詢
網址:http://www.dell.com.tw/。不過,針對戴爾祭出的新優惠,民眾仍不領情,網友
x0762355質疑戴爾又在打變相廣告。曾參與下標的民眾嚴先生則說:「東西還是貴!」打
八折差不多是市價,「還是不夠誠意」。
