我來說明一下我的立場
我個人是還蠻喜歡好市多的
所以在上星期辦了一張卡
當天就消費兩三千
隔天還去大順買了一雙黃靴
而這張發票是星期天購買五百多元的發票 (新辦卡天天去報到消費)
我只是單純的認為 我正確付款 你給我發票(金額正確無誤) 我回家
就這樣
銀貨兩訖 不要造成我的困擾
今天我不論為什麼發票有問題(你們公司自己的事情)
這後續處理的責任並不在我 我是消費者 我已經付完款項了
如果真的發票有問題 而且很重要
你們應該主動拿更正後的發票來跟我拿回舊的
還記得之前去得來速買麥當勞
回家一看兩包大薯條才裝半滿 我打電話過去投訴
人家並不是叫我們過去拿
而是店長親自送來我們家,還多送一包
我覺得整個重點在於處理態度 所以我標題才這樣寫
打電話給我的人口氣並沒有不好
但是他一開始就是表明希望我可以"主動"拿回去給它們
而且很急著要幫我決定時間 急著要掛電話
是後來我加重語氣表明這樣會造成我的困擾
並且這不是我造成的問題 為什麼要這樣造成我的麻煩?
我雖然喜歡去,但我又不是天天在家等著去--->心裡OS
他才提出"請我郵寄回給他們"
但我也是拒絕,因為已經講到心情不好了
所以我放慢語調跟他說"不方便"
最後她才提到用回郵的
為什麼會麻煩我?
我當天消費完回家,一進家門家人馬上跟我說 好市多要找我
說甚麼發票有問題,但家人聽的不清不楚,所以請他們打電話聯絡我
我手機確實也有一通未接來電(跟今天接到的是同一隻)
但我回撥一直忙線中,所以我也未再回撥
但是當下我一直覺得是不是金額有誤還是甚麼問題
後來我女朋友幫我直接打通中華店的電話
接通後我表明說:剛剛你們有人要聯絡我,不知道是甚麼事情?
對方小姐"不加思索也不幫我查證"就直接說:
哦~那可能是感謝您來消費與詢問滿意度的電話。
我就說:是喔,好吧! 就掛斷電話了
直到隔天下午才發現根本不是這樣,好市多自己的內部聯繫是不是也有問題?
其實我只是覺得
1. 既然這發票是你們的問題,你們應該主動解決。而主動解決絕不是請客人
主動幫妳們跑一趟!
2. 今天不管我有沒有住高雄(跟好市多同縣市),
其他人住沒有好市多的你們還會叫人家跨縣市拿回去嗎?
是不是一開始就應該說要主動來拿或是回郵給我呢?
總之,他如果回郵給我,我在我時間允許內還是會寄回去給他們的。
希望他們以後處理應該多替消費者想一下,
而不是等人家感到麻煩不悅才改變處理方式。
